HIGH-LEVEL EDUCATION With over a decade of experience treating patients and teaching fitness, Dr. Lauren packs valuable education into every class. You’ll learn about proper anatomy and biomechanics during your workout, as well as monthly classes dedicated solely to education. Topics are chosen based on members questions and comments in the community tab, so if there’s something you want to learn about, just ask!
